1. How do I register?
Read course descriptions and choose appropriate courses(need help? check FAQ or email to firstname.lastname@example.org). if there is no suitable class time, please inform lolart.
Fill the registration form and pay tuition fees. We accept Cheque (Payable to LOLART ENJOY EDUCATION INC.), EMT, cash, or Credit Card.
Once we received your payment, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address on registration form.
To facilitate your registration process, we suggest students print out and fill the registration form and email to email@example.com; and pay fees by EMT(contact firstname.lastname@example.org for PIN and procedure) or Credit Card.
Students can also bring filled form and pay fees in person by cheque or cash. Mailing filled form and cheque to LOLART is also an acceptable way to register.

2. Can I register by phone?
We cannot accept registrations by phone, as the registration form needs to be signed and accompanied by payment to complete enrollment.
3. Am I guaranteed a space in a class if I have attended it earlier?
All students must re-register as their session comes to an end or the space will be opened to new students.
4. How many students are in one class?
There is a 7 student maximum in levels KA100 / KA200. There is a 8-10 student maximum in levels KA300 and up.
If the class of your choice if full, you may choose to be put on a waiting list. We will contact you when space becomes available.
5. When do classes begin?
Classes are on-going. You may register at any time for a semester or school year. Tuition fee will be pro-rated for late enrollment. In July and Aug., monthly payments are acceptable.
6. If the student's age is between two levels, which level should I register for?
Depending on the student's background, we often recommend beginning with the lower level so that the student does not become frustrated in a class that is too hard. If they progress quickly, they may move up to a more difficult class. This way, the student will feel more comfortable and have more confidence.
About Trial Classes
1. Can a new student come for a free trial class?
Unfortunately, we do not have free trials; however, you may choose to pay for two trial classes before formal registration.
2. I want to come for two trial classes. Do I need to pre-pay the fees?
Yes, please: the fees must be paid in order to reserve a space for you.
3. May I come to observe a class?
We do have windows to peek in on classes, however, due to limited space we cannot allow guests or visitors into the rooms during class time.

3.Is a refund or credits available?
Students request temporary suspension of studies (i.e. sick leave or vacation for months), please send your written notice to firstname.lastname@example.org to keep your credits in file. Service Standard: 10 business days.
*Withdrawing one week before the class/camp commence date, students will receive full refund minus $35 administrative fee. There will be no refund for students withdrawing later than that date. Notice of cancellation must be in writing (email to email@example.com). Receipt must accompany refund request. Service Standard: 10 business days
4. Are there any discounts available?
Currely, 10% discount is available for family members.
Teachers at LOLART
1. What qualifications do the instructors have.
All of your instructors are professional, working artists and have post-secondary training. We strive to provide high quality, hands-on experiences in the arts, aimed at fostering a love of art. Please see our Team page for instructor profiles.
2. Can I obtain contact information for an instructor?
For privacy reasons, we do not give out instructors' personal information; but you are welcome to come by the school to meet with the instructors.
3. How do I apply for a job at LOLART?
Feel free to bring in or e-mail us your resume. We will contact you for an interview if there are suitable positions
4.Can I complete a co-op or internship position at LOLART?
Yes, we accept interns and co-op students based on interest and previous experience.

For Sheppard/Yonge location, there are 4 parking spots located at the rear of the building. For locations in Scarborough, Markham and Richmond Hill, there are parking lots in front of the building or at rear of the building.
